As our products are specially made to order and personalized for the recipient, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please note that, once an order has been processed and/or shipped, a customer cannot contact us to:

- Make changes to the customization information

- Change the book title

- Cancel their order

If WE made a mistake in your book, we will replace/correct the book at no cost to you.

You will be required to return the original copy via Canada Post's Standard Mail Service.

Your shipping cost will be refunded.

The returned copy MUST be in good condition in order for it to be replaced at no cost to you.

If YOU made a mistake in the customization information you provided us, we will replace/correct the book (if you wish) at your expense for 25% off the original price.

You will be required to return the original copy via Canada Post's Standard Mail Service.

The returned copy MUST be in good condition in order for the 25% discount to apply.

PLEASE NOTE: This does not apply to personalized products that were purchased with ANY Deal Coupon.

The customer should contact our customer service department in the event that they used a Deal Coupon. Depending on the terms and conditions of the Deal in question, it is entirely up to the discretion of Personalized Books Ontario, how the situation is handled ... The percentage discount on the reprinted book price, IF ANY, will vary.
