Shipping Time

As our products are specially made to order and personalized for the recipient, shipping times will vary, dependent on the product you've purchased. However, we usually have most orders ready for shipping within 1 - 2 business days. During the busy Christmas season, shipping times cannot be guaranteed but we'll try our very best to honour our 1 - 2 business days turnaround time. PLEASE NOTE: ALL orders will be shipped via Canada Post.

Delivery Time       

• Canada Post Regular Mail method

  Personalized Books Ontario cannot guarantee the delivery time for this method of shipment. It is entirely up to Canada Post after your package has left our hands. When you chose this method, you will not receive a tracking number. Typical delivery times are, as follows:

             - Local orders (that is, within the Greater Toronto Area) are usually delivered within 2 - 3 days

             - Local orders (that is, within the Province of Ontario) are usually delivered within 3 - 5 days

             - Non-local orders (that is, outside of the Province of Ontario) are usually delivered within 5 - 7 days

• Canada Post XPressPost method
  Canada Post guarantees the delivery time for this method of shipment. Personalized Books Ontario will provide you with a Tracking Number when you chose this shipping method. We request that you track your package yourself (either by phone - 800.267.1177 or online - www.canadapost.ca). Especially during the busy Christmas season, we will find it impossible to track your packages for you. When you track your package, you will be provided with the expected delivery date. Typical delivery times are, as follows:
